"I met John Goldsmith by accident. My car stalled in his driveway. He graciously came out and pushed my car into a parking space and let my car sit until I was able get help (all day). "Everyone in the Purcellville office is responsive, friendly, patient with me, and very helpful whenever I call. "After being approved for business insurance for my sign company. I was kicked off for 1 reason, then after clarifying their wrong information. They came up with another reason they couldn't insure me. After the back and forth, it became obvious they didn't want my business. I feel this could have been handled better. Or be upfront and say they are not able to insure me from the beginning... I feel like after I sent them COI's needed for my vendors they just didn't want to be hassled with the multiple requests. I was insured for 3 months before I got the boot."
